Welcome to TaskFocus, a productivity app designed to help you organize and manage your tasks effectively. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TaskFocus app (“the App”) and your relationship with Alessandro Pace (“we”, “our”, or “us”), the sole creator and developer of the App.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, and/or using TaskFocus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TaskFocus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the App immediately.

2. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

3. Privacy and Data Ownership

TaskFocus uses Apple’s iCloud to store your data. Your data, such as task logs, schedules, and other relevant information, is stored securely in your iCloud account. You retain full ownership of all data you create and store within the App.

Data Collection:

• Personal Data: We do not collect or process personal data directly. All data you input or generate within the App is stored in your iCloud account via CloudKit.

Data Control:

• User Control: You have full control over your data, which is stored in your iCloud account. You may delete your data at any time by removing it from the App or your iCloud storage.

Data Sharing:

• We do not share, sell, or distribute your data to any third-party services or organizations.

4. Intellectual Property

The TaskFocus App, including but not limited to the design, functionality, and content, is the intellectual property of Alessandro Pace. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without express written permission.

5. Liability Disclaimer

TaskFocus is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or be free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alessandro Pace shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

6. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
